THE MINI BILLBOARD ENTERS COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT WITH ROCKET YARD SPORTS

The Mini Billboard is a revolutionary advertising product specifically designed to maximise sponsors’ investments and create new revenue streams in televised professional golf tournaments globally. Up to now, the focus of the owners of The Mini Billboard, Phil Cornell and Paul Szuster, has been concentrated on developing and testing the product from the initial proof of concept to the world class level that the device now represents. This has taken several years and they felt that now was the time to research the market further by engaging with British based Sports Marketing and Sponsorship agency, Rocket Yard Sports. Rocket Yard Sports have worked with several internationally renowned brands such as adidas, Audi and Bose just to name a few.

The agreement sees Rocket Yard Sports researching The Mini Billboard’s position within the current and future market and analysing its commercial appeal to the wider golf industry as a whole. Upon completion of this research phase, Rocket Yard Sports will deliver a marketing and sales strategy to implement around the world with key industry rights holders and brands. This early phase represents a significant step forward for The Mini Billboard as they prepare to engage audiences in a unique way. At this point, it’s a case of watching this space as it will be worth the wait.

Of the partnership, CEO of The Mini Billboard, Phil Cornell said;

“We have always believed that this device will revolutionise advertising in televised golf and have dedicated our engineering and design resources in perfecting its performance. Constantly improving the device by applying the feedback received from players to event organisers, we now consider the device to be ‘tournament ready’ and the relationship with Rocket Yard Sports is the perfect partnership at the perfect time”.

Following on from Phil Cornell’s comments, CEO of Rocket Yard Sports, Daryl Evans added, “We are delighted to be working with both Phil and Paul. Their invention could be a game changer in the world of golf advertising. We already know the advertising and sponsorship market is growing by 4 to 5 percent each year and The Mini Billboard provides possibly the most unique advertising asset that I’ve ever seen. I believe The Mini Billboard will have strong appeal to rights holders, broadcasters and corporate companies.”
